Class A RV Rental Policy

General Policy Overview

This RV rental includes delivery, setup, and pickup by the owner. Renters are not permitted to drive or move the RV at any time. Violation of this rule will result in immediate termination of the rental without refund and forfeiture of the security deposit.

1. Rental Rules

Use of RV

• The RV must remain stationary at the delivery site. Renters may not attempt to move, drive, or tow the RV.

• Only registered guests may occupy the RV overnight.

• Maximum occupancy: 6 persons.

• Strict No Smoking Policy: Smoking or vaping inside the RV is strictly prohibited. Evidence of smoking will result in a minimum $500 cleaning and deodorizing fee.

• Pet-Friendly With Prior Approval: Well-behaved pets are welcome only with prior written approval. Unauthorized pets will result in a $250 violation fee.

• No illegal activity permitted on or around the RV.

• Keep noise levels respectful to surrounding areas, especially between 10 PM and 8 AM.

Care and Cleaning

• Treat the RV as you would your own home.

• Use only RV-safe toilet paper in the toilet.

• Clean dishes, wipe down surfaces, and dispose of all trash before checkout.

• Excessive messes or stains will result in additional cleaning fees.

2. Fees

Base Fees

• Nightly Rental Rate: $250

• Prep fee: $100.00. This fee will cover preparing and sanitizing the unit prior to each rental.

• Delivery & Setup Fee: $85 (within 50 miles of Orlando, FL) (+$2.00/mile up to 75 miles)

• Pickup Fee: Included with delivery

• 5G WiFi: Included 

Additional Charges

• Security Deposit: $1500 (refundable if no damage or policy violations)

• Cleaning Fee: $250 (waived if RV is returned clean and in good condition)

• Late Departure Fee: $25 per hour

• Propane Refill Fee: $25

• Dumping Fee: $30 if waste tanks are not emptied (if applicable)

• Smoking Violation Fee: $500 minimum

• Unauthorized Pet Fee: $250

• Generator Fee: $4 per hour (5 hours per day included)

3. Insurance Requirements

Owner-Provided Delivery

Since the RV is delivered and set up by the owner, renters do not need to provide vehicle insurance.

Renters must either:

• Purchase a trip protection plan or liability coverage through the rental platform (e.g., Outdoorsy, RVshare), or

• Accept full responsibility for any damage, theft, or misuse caused during their rental period.

The renter is liable for:

• Interior damage

• Missing or damaged property

• Broken or misused equipment

• Pet-related damage (if applicable)

• Smoking-related damage or odors

The security deposit may be used to cover these costs. Excess charges will be billed to the renter.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• 100% Refund – Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the reservation start date.

• 50% Refund – Cancellations made between 14–29 days prior to the reservation start date.

• No Refund – Cancellations made less than 14 days before the reservation start date.

• Note: All cancellations are subject to a $50 processing fee.

Severe weather cancellations are handled case-by-case and must be agreed upon by both parties.

5. Acknowledgment

By booking this RV, the renter agrees to:

• Comply with all rules and requirements in this policy

• Not move, drive, or tow the RV at any time

• Accept financial responsibility for any damage, policy violations, or additional fees
