Welcome to your adventure with Imagination Magical Adventures! We’ve thought of everything so you can relax, unwind, and make magical memories from the moment we deliver your RV.

🚐 Rental Overview & General Policies

  • This is a delivery-only rental — we handle setup and pickup for a truly hassle-free experience.

  • RV will be delivered and set up at your reserved campsite.

  • Pets stay free! (Optional pet fencing available. Please notify us in advance.)

  • No smoking or vaping inside — $750 cleaning fee applies.

  • No roof access — strictly prohibited for safety.

  • Grill/griddle included for outdoor cooking (no outdoor kitchen).

  • Starlink Wi-Fi included at no extra charge.

  • Smart TVs with Disney+, Netflix, Hulu, & YouTubeTV preloaded.

  • The RV must remain stationary and unmoved throughout your rental.

  • All included amenities must be returned in working condition.

  • Lost, damaged, or missing items (linens, cookware, furnishings, etc.) will be billed at replacement cost.

  • Unauthorized use of the awning or roof access is strictly prohibited and subject to fines.

  • All renters will be required to sign a Supplemental Renters Agreement

Nightly Rental Rate  $225

Delivery & Setup (within 50 mi)  $75 (+$3/mile up to 75 mi)

📋 Insurance Requirements

  • Purchase trip protection/liability coverage via Outdoorsy, RVshare, etc., OR

  • Purchase an insurance addendum through MBA insurance.

    • Renter's Insurance is $55/day paid directly to the insurance provider.​

  • Accept full responsibility for any damage, loss, or misuse during your stay.

🔒 Security deposit may be used for:

  • Interior or amenity damage

  • Missing items

  • Pet-related damage

  • Smoking odor or residue

  • Misuse of equipment or systems

 

🔁 Cancellations & Refunds

  • 100% Refund – Cancellations 30+ days before reservation

  • 50% Refund – Cancellations 14–29 days prior

  • No Refund – Cancellations under 14 days before start date

💡 All cancellations are subject to a $50 processing fee.
*Weather-related cancellations handled on a case-by-case basis

*Cancellation policy varies by booking site—check the policy where you book.

🧾 Payment & Deposit Info

  • Reservation deposit due at time of booking

  • Full balance due before delivery

  • Security deposit refunded after inspection (typically within 14 business days)

  • No personal checks accepted

 

🧹 Cleanliness & Return Conditions

Please return the RV in good condition:

  • Interior must be free of debris and wiped down

  • Appliances, kitchen, bathroom, and floors cleaned

  • Exterior should be reasonably clean (bugs removed, no excessive dirt)

  • All amenities returned in working order

  • Personal items removed

  • Deep cleaning (pet hair, smoking odors, carpet stains, etc.) may incur additional charges

If tanks, propane, or other items are not restored to departure levels, the applicable service fees will apply.

⚠️ Safety & Damage Responsibility

  • You are responsible for any damage, theft, or misuse during your stay.

  • Please take photos upon delivery and before check-out.

  • Immediately report any issues or concerns.

  • Optional rental equipment and themed décor must be returned undamaged.

 

📌 Acknowledgment

By booking this RV, you agree to:

  • Follow all listed rules and policies

  • Not drive, tow, or move the RV

  • Not adjust slide-outs after set-up is complete

  • Not tamper with fuses or attempt any self-repair

  • Accept financial responsibility for damages, violations, or additional fees

MBA Insurance

MBA Insurance is the official insurance provider for Imagination Magical Adventures LLC, and will be the provider used for all direct rentals.

Purchasing an insurance addendum through MBA Insurance extends coverage to you, the Renter, from the Rental Operator’s policy. Coverage includes Minimum Financial Responsibility Split Limits of Liability, Comprehensive and Collision with a per vehicle per occurrence deductible as established by your Rental Operator. In addition, when required by state law, Uninsured and/or Underinsured Motorists, Medical Payments, or Personal Injury Protection coverages are included.

When purchasing your rental insurance addendum, you agree to all the terms and conditions of the Rental Operator’s insurance policy. You can download and print your insurance addendum once your rental details are verified, and payment accepted.

Note: You must provide this insurance addendum as evidence of coverage to ImaginationRV.com before the rental vehicle is released.

 

Before proceeding with the insurance addendum purchase, be sure to have the following information readily available:

  • Rental Operator’s Policy Number (6 to 9 characters)

  • Vehicle Identification Number (last 6 characters)

  • Rental Dates

  • Payment Information

3rd Party Rental Platform Insurance Information for Renters

Whether you're booking this RV through Outdoorsy, RVshare, Good Sam, RVezy, or RVnGo, rental insurance is required and provided through the platform to protect both you and the RV. Since this RV is delivered and set up for you, you won't need to worry about driving insurance — but coverage for liability, damage, and accidents still applies. Below are some typical insurance coverages.

  • Insurance Provider: Roamly

  • Coverage:

    • $1 million liability coverage

    • Comprehensive & collision coverage for damage

    • Optional windshield repair and roadside assistance

  • Required? Yes – renters must select one of three plans:

    • Peace of Mind (best coverage, lowest deductible)

    • Essential

    • Risk Taker (lowest cost, highest deductible)

  • Deductible: $250–$2,500 depending on plan

✅ RVshare

  • Insurance Provider: Assurant or equivalent

  • Coverage:

    • $1 million liability coverage

    • Interior and exterior damage

    • 24/7 roadside assistance

    • Trip interruption coverage

  • Required? Yes – insurance is included automatically

  • Deductible: Typically $1,000–$2,000

✅ Good Sam Rentals (via RVrentals.com)

  • Insurance Provider: Partnered providers (often through Roamly or similar)

  • Coverage:

    • Liability and physical damage protection

    • Emergency expense/trip interruption

    • Roadside assistance (depending on listing)

  • Required? Yes – coverage is added at checkout

  • Deductible: Varies by RV and plan, typically around $500–$1,500

✅ RVezy

  • Insurance Provider: RVezy in partnership with AON and Aviva (Canada) and third parties in the U.S.

  • Coverage:

    • $1 million liability

    • Collision & comprehensive

    • Optional roadside assistance

  • Required? Yes – renters must purchase insurance through RVezy at booking

  • Deductible: $500–$2,000 depending on incident and coverage

✅ RVnGo

  • Insurance Provider: RVnGo includes commercial RV rental insurance

  • Coverage:

    • Liability and physical damage

    • Typically includes roadside assistance

  • Required? Yes – automatically included in the rental

  • Deductible: Usually around $1,500–$2,500

➕ Important Notes for All Rentals

  • Since this RV is delivered and stationary, renters do not need personal vehicle insurance or a special license.

  • Insurance covers accidents, interior/exterior damage, and liability — but renters remain responsible for:

    • Pet-related damage

    • Smoking violations

    • Interior negligence or theft

  • Your selected plan may affect your deductible and what’s covered — we recommend reviewing your plan details carefully at checkout.

Is this a delivery-only RV rental?

Yes. This is a delivery-only rental. We handle delivery, setup, and pickup for a completely hassle-free experience. Renters are not permitted to drive, tow, or move the RV at any time. Once set up, the RV must remain stationary for the duration of your stay.

 

Where will the RV be delivered and set up?

The RV will be delivered and fully set up at your reserved campsite. Please ensure your campsite is properly booked and approved for RV accommodations prior to delivery.

Is this RV pet-friendly?

Absolutely. Pets stay free.
Optional pet fencing is available—please notify us in advance. Unauthorized pets or undisclosed pet damage may result in additional fees.

 

Are festivals, races, or large events allowed?

No. Festivals, races, tailgates, and similar events are not permitted. This is a luxury RV rental experience, and there are many other rentals better suited for those types of events.

 

What amenities are included at no extra cost?

Your rental includes a full suite of luxury extras, including:

  • Starlink Unlimited high-speed internet

  • Smart TVs preloaded with Disney+, Netflix, Hulu, and YouTubeTV

  • All bedding and towels

  • Fully stocked kitchenware, cookware, plates, silverware, and drinkware

  • Coffee maker, toaster, microwave, ice maker

  • Games, phone chargers, toiletries, and first-aid kit

  • Camping chairs and outdoor carpeting

  • Grill/griddle combo with full accessory kit

  • Propane included

No add-ons. No surprise fees.

 

Is smoking or vaping allowed?

No. Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the RV. A $750 minimum cleaning fee will apply if violated.

 

Can we access the roof or adjust the awning ourselves?

No. Roof access is strictly prohibited, and unauthorized use of the awning is not allowed. Violations may result in fines for safety and equipment protection.

 

Why is the use of the awning restricted?

The awning is designed for shade only—it is not a rain shield. Even a small amount of water accumulation or a brief gust of wind can place significant stress on the awning fabric, motor, mounting hardware, and even the sidewall of the RV itself.

Damage can occur quickly and unexpectedly, often without warning. And frankly, no one wants to worry about awning damage while they’re on vacation.

To keep your experience stress-free and to protect both you and the RV from avoidable issues, we’ve chosen to remove that risk entirely by restricting awning use. It’s one less thing for you to manage—and one more way we help ensure a smooth, worry-free stay.

 

Is Starlink internet really included?

Yes. Starlink Unlimited Wi-Fi is included at no additional cost, providing reliable connectivity for streaming, work, and entertainment—even in campgrounds with weak cellular service.

 

What insurance is required?

Renters must carry trip protection and liability coverage through a booking platform or purchase an insurance addendum.
Insurance is $55 per day, paid directly to our approved insurance provider.

 

What is the security deposit, and when is it refunded?

A $1,000 refundable security deposit is required prior to delivery. It is typically refunded within 14 business days following post-rental inspection, assuming no damages or violations.

 

What happens if items are damaged or missing?

All included amenities must be returned in working condition. Lost, damaged, or missing items (linens, cookware, décor, furnishings, etc.) will be billed at replacement cost.

 

What cleaning is expected at checkout?

The RV should be returned in good condition:

  • Interior wiped down and free of debris

  • Appliances and bathroom cleaned

  • Exterior reasonably clean

  • Tanks emptied (or applicable service fee applies)

Excessive cleaning, pet hair, smoking residue, or stains may incur additional charges.

 

Can we move slide-outs or perform repairs ourselves?

No. Please do not move slide-outs, tamper with systems, fuses, or attempt repairs. Report any issues immediately—we’re here to help.

 

Do renters need to sign an agreement?

Yes. All renters must sign a Supplemental Renters Agreement acknowledging policies, responsibilities, and financial liability.

 

Why do I need to submit a request to book instead of instant booking?

Because this is a luxury, custom-tailored experience, not a one-size-fits-all rental.

We require a booking request so we can ensure that this RV—and the experience we provide—is the right match for what you’re looking for. From delivery logistics to optional themed décor and special requests, we take the time to align expectations and personalize every stay.

There are plenty of platforms that allow instant self-booking of standard, no-frills RVs. This isn’t one of them.

We’re intentionally different—focused on quality, customization, and creating an experience that feels thoughtful, elevated, and effortless from start to finish.

What should we bring with us?

Just yourselves, your clothes, food and drink, and any personal or specialty items you may need.

We take care of everything else—from bedding and kitchenware to entertainment, internet, and outdoor gear—so you can arrive, settle in, and start enjoying your stay immediately.
