Refund Policy
The basics
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible and fair as possible. Please review our refund and cancellation policy below before booking your adventure with Imagination Magical Adventures.
Standard Cancellation Policy

100% Refund – Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the reservation start date.

50% Refund – Cancellations made between 14–29 days prior to the reservation start date.

No Refund – Cancellations made less than 14 days before the reservation start date.
Note: All cancellations are subject to a $50 processing fee.
Rescheduling Policy

Guests may reschedule their reservation once at no charge if the request is made at least 14 days before the original check-in date.

Rescheduling requests made within 14 days of the reservation will be handled on a case-by-case basis and may incur a fee or be treated as a cancellation.
Weather & Emergency Policy

Inclement weather does not automatically qualify for a refund unless travel is deemed unsafe due to official weather advisories or campground closures.

In the event of natural disasters or emergencies (e.g., hurricanes, evacuation orders), we offer flexible rebooking or partial refunds based on the situation.
No-Show Policy
If a guest fails to arrive without prior communication by 9 PM on the scheduled check-in day, the reservation is considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
Early Departures
Early check-outs or unused nights are non-refundable, regardless of the reason.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment within 7–10 business days of cancellation approval.
